Rasika Narang currently serves as the Head of Growth, Marketing & Creative Agency Services at Valtech since October 2024. Additionally, Rasika holds positions as a Board Member for the American Marketing Association and a Member of Chief, both roles focused on enhancing marketing leadership and supporting women's advancement in executive positions. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Marketing & Growth Officer at StrawberryFrog and SVP of Growth, Product & Brand Marketing at Viant Technology, where Rasika streamlined cross-disciplinary marketing teams and revenue-focused initiatives. A long tenure at Ogilvy involved roles from Senior Partner to Managing Director, where Rasika executed innovative marketing strategies for notable global brands. Educational qualifications comprise a PowerMBA, a CMO Accelerator certification from Cannes Lions School, an AAS in Advertising & Graphic Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from LSR College, Delhi University.
