Soile Karttunen

Soile Karttunen currently serves as a Credit Manager, Service Manager, and Legal Counsel at Valtiokonttori (State Treasury of Finland) since September 2019. Previously, Karttunen held the position of Bank Lawyer at OP Keski-Uusimaa from April 2012 to September 2019 and served as a Credit Manager at OP Helsinki for a brief period from September 2016 to August 2017. Earlier experience includes roles as a Bank Lawyer at Liperin Osuuspankki and as a Trainee District Judge at Etelä-Savon käräjäoikeus. Karttunen began a legal career as a Lawyer at Kuopion Osuuspankki. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Lapland and a Master’s degree in Administrative Sciences from Joensuun yliopisto, complemented by an exchange program at the University of Oslo in 2008.
