Alex Karolemeas

Alex Karolemeas currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Valto, overseeing daily operations and working towards the company's five-year plan. Previously, Alex was the IT Director at The Contact Company, playing a vital role in shaping and implementing strategies for growth while creating necessary applications and technical infrastructure. As IT/Board Director, Alex specialized in Contact Centre Implementations, contributing to the transformation of a start-up into a large Business Process Outsourcer servicing major clients. Early career experiences include positions as IT Manager at The Contact Company, where significant projects such as the migration of live Call Centres were executed, and IT roles at Iceland Foods and WYG Group. Alex holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) Honours degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from The University of Sheffield.
