Jonel Esguerra

Jonel Esguerra is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at Valtrans Transportation Systems & Services since June 2017, Jonel ensures the integrity of accounting information through meticulous transaction recording and verification. Previously, Jonel held the position of Senior Accountant at Alumco LLC from August 2008 to May 2017, focusing on accurate invoicing and timely collections. Jonel also worked as an Accountant at Prime Projects International LLC, handling final settlements and vacation pay, and as an Accounting Supervisor at Specialty Beans Philippines, Inc., overseeing voucher preparation. Jonel began the accounting career as a Bookkeeper at Lex Services, Inc., where manual accounting entries were prepared. Jonel holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, earned between 1998 and 2002.
