Frank Prolizo

V.P. Operations at Valtris

Frank Prolizo is the Vice President of Operations at Valtris. Frank has over 20 years of experience in the chemical industry, spanning manufacturing, supply chain, and operations.

Frank started their career at Alloy Polymers, Inc. in 2010 as the Vice President of Supply Chain. In this role, they were responsible for the direction, strategy, development, and execution of the company's manufacturing and supply chain operations.

In 2012, Frank transitioned to Emerald Performance Materials as the Vice President of Operations for CTS and PANIT. In this role, they were responsible for the direction, strategy, development, and execution of the divisions' manufacturing and supply chain operations producing specialty epoxy resins and monomers; reactive liquid polymers; rubber, plastic & lube oil antioxidants; rubber accelerators and latex emulsions.

In 2014, Frank moved to LyondellBasell as the Director of Manufacturing APS for The Americas. In this role, they were responsible for the manufacturing operations of the newly created APS business unit with 27 facilities and 1,500+ operational employees in the North America and South America region.

Most recently, in 2019 Frank joined Valtris Specialty Chemicals as the VP of Operations - Global. In this role, they are responsible for the direction, strategy, development, and execution of the global operations, procurement, EH&S, and logistics functions producing specialty chemicals and intermediates with 9 facilities globally

Frank Prolizo has a MSMM from Kettering University and a BSME from The Ohio State University.

They work with Jeff Jirak - CCO, Curt Tschantz - V.P. Human Resources, and Christophe Sussat - V.P. Baleycourt. Frank Prolizo reports to Paul Angus, CEO.
