Ishani Shah

Ishani Shah has several years of experience in various roles related to business operations and human resources. Ishani started their career at Intellnet Services Pvt Ltd in 2011 as a Human Resources Specialist. In 2012, they joined iMOBDEV Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Human Resource Manager and worked there until 2017. From 2017 to 2018, Ishani served as an HR Business Partner at Codal Inc. Ishani then moved to Adit in 2019, initially holding the position of Director - HR & Business Operations until 2021. Currently, Ishani is the V.P. of Business Operations at Adit as of January 2022.

Ishani Shah's education history includes obtaining an MBA in HRM from the Institute of Management, Nirma University from 2009 to 2011. During the same period, they also pursued a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree in Accounts from Gujarat University. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2009, Ishani completed their B-Com degree in Accounts from SLIMS. In 2015, they attended the Ahmedabad Management Association (A.M.A) and completed a Diploma in Labour Laws.
