Chris Antonites

Chris Antonites is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership and technical roles in the manufacturing and transportation sectors. Currently serving as a Non-Destructive Assay Technician at Value Added Solutions, Inc. since May 2023, Chris previously held positions at Progress Rail as Locomotive Production Supervisor from July 2017 to February 2023, and at CSX, progressing through roles such as Senior General Foreman, General Foreman, Assistant General Foreman, and Management Trainee from January 2005 to April 2017. Chris is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Project Management at the University of Southern Indiana, expected to be completed in December 2024, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky. Additionally, Chris has an extensive educational background with multiple associate degrees, diplomas, and certificates in various fields including Human Resources Management, Business Management, and Organizational Leadership from Henderson Community College and West Kentucky Community and Technical College.
