Lisa Steptoe

Lisa Steptoe is currently working as a Youth Coach - Development Team at Syndicate Endurance Team, where Lisa focuses on developing youth athletes' passion for triathlon and basic skills through fun-filled activities. Lisa also has experience as a Regional Account Manager at Value Drug Company, a Medical Delegate at Nestlé Nutrition North America, an Account Manager at Grainger, and an Institutional Specialty Representative at Boehringer Ingelheim. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Villanova University.
