They have worked in organization effectiveness, project management, facilitation, and consulting. They have also held positions in credit analysis, sonar technician, value engineering specialist, and network administrator. In addition to their work experience, they also have a strong educational background with degrees from Western Governors University, Roberts Wesleyan College, Rochester Institute of Technology, Oregon State University, Seattle University, Portland State University, Virginia Commonwealth University, University of Oregon, and Mathematics and Computer Science.
