Cliff Cheang

Cliff Cheang is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Senior IT Manager at Value Partners Group since September 2024, where the focus is on migrating the OEMS trading system Charles River Development from an on-premises setup to a SaaS platform across various asset classes.
