Alexej Antropov is an experienced product leader with a strong background in software development and product management. Currently serving as Product Lead at joblocal GmbH, Alexej has successfully built and managed diverse teams, transformed a software development department, and expanded a portfolio of recruitment marketing solutions. In previous roles at limango GmbH and TWOFOUR digitale Agentur, Alexej demonstrated expertise in CRM, e-commerce, and customer data integration, while actively participating in industry conferences. Additionally, Alexej contributes as a mentor at The Mentoring Club and as a co-author of the Agile Product Manifesto.
