Edmund Mak

Edmund Mak is a seasoned professional in real estate development, currently serving as the Head of Development and Project Management for Value Retail China since October 2017. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Vice President at Great Eagle Group HK and General Manager at Kowloon Development Company Limited, where significant projects were managed. Edmund also held the position of Managing Director for Real Estate at Maxdo Land Limited, overseeing key developments like the Maxdo Centre in Shanghai. Previous to that, Edmund was Executive Vice President at Melco China Resorts, focusing on resort real estate and the introduction of North American ski resort models to China. Additionally, Edmund served as Deputy General Manager in Dalian for New World China, a prominent developer with diversified interests across China. Edmund holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies from The University of Hong Kong.
