Jeff Crabb has extensive experience in the banking industry, starting their career in 2001 as a Loan Officer at Irwin Union Bank and later becoming the Market President. In 2006, they took on the role of President & CEO at Bank 1440, where they successfully grew assets, managed profitability, and led a team of individuals. In 2013, Jeff served as the Chief Credit Officer/Executive Vice President at RepublicBankAz,N.A., where they managed a team and worked closely with the Board of Directors and regulators to return the bank to profitability. Jeff then joined Bank 34 in 2016 as a Commercial Lender, managing a large portfolio while maintaining zero delinquencies. In 2018, Jeff became the owner of Los Cangrejos Investments, where they managed rental properties, renovated properties, and achieved high occupancy rates. Currently, Jeff is the Chief Credit Officer at ValueBank Texas.

Jeff Crabb obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Arizona State University, where they studied from 1978 to 1982. Jeff further pursued higher education at the W. P. Carey School of Business – Arizona State University, completing their Master of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance from 1982 to 1984.
