Stefano Frassà has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and countries. Stefano is currently serving as the C.E.O. of Valuement Group, an international network of consulting companies specializing in business process management and reengineering. Stefano has also held the positions of General Manager and Director of Sales Italy at Valuement. Prior to their role at Valuement, Stefano worked at Pay-Back Group, where they served as Sales Director and Sales Manager. Stefano has also gained experience at Smiths Detection and SouthComp Polaris, where they worked in sales export administration. Stefano began their career at Lactalis International, where they were responsible for sales administration and export order management.
Stefano Frassà completed a BTS degree in International Trade from C3E Paris X from 2001 to 2003. Subsequently, from 2003 to 2004, they pursued a DESE degree in Commerce et International Markets at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers. Stefano then earned a Mater degree in Sciences of Management from the same institution from 2009 to 2011. In 2012, they attended a private institution in Milan for a course focused on Presentation & Negotiation for International Sales - Language Solution.
