Prior to this, Ravi worked at Capgemini as Director of Delivery, successfully managing long-term projects for major insurance and healthcare organizations. Ravi's earlier career includes significant roles at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where Ravi directed numerous high-value projects and managed a large team for Aetna, and began as a Developer and Senior Software Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services.
