Gregory Paxton

Gregory Paxton, MBA, serves as AVP of Institute Business Strategy at LPL Financial since July 2022. Prior experience includes significant roles at Wells Fargo from August 2013 to July 2022, where Gregory was a Lead Analytics Consultant and Vice President, responsible for developing strategic business roadmaps and actionable insights for the Branch Banking Division. Earlier at Wells Fargo, Gregory held positions as Field Strategist and Regional Finance Officer, managing business strategies, training, and financial planning for 154 branches in the West Florida region. Additionally, Gregory worked as a Financial Analyst at Jetblue Airways from August 2011 to August 2013, overseeing financial directives and client relationships. Gregory holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and degrees in Finance and Business from UCF College of Business and Eastern Florida State College.
