Marian Frattarola-Saulino

CEO at Values into Action

Marian Frattarola-Saulino has extensive work experience in the disability services sector. Marian is the Co-Founder and CEO of PM Resources and Values Into Action since 2005. Marian is also the Co-Founder and Current Board Chair of The Collaborative for Citizen Directed Support New Jersey since 2016. Marian served as the Chair of the Board of Directors for The Alliance for Citizen Directed Supports, a membership organization focused on expanding services and supports for people with disabilities. Marian is a Faculty Member at the National Leadership Consortium on Developmental Disabilities and has worked as a Leadership Development Facilitator at Networks for Training and Development, Inc. Marian has also contributed to the field as a Support Broker at PM Resources and as an Executive Director and Director of Residential Services at Community Interactions Inc. Additionally, they have presented as a Guest Presenter at the Yale UK NHS/Social Care Leadership Programme.

Marian Frattarola-Saulino obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Temple University College of Public Health, where they studied from 1988 to 1991. Marian continued their education at the same institution, earning a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in 1992. Prior to their college education, they attended Cardinal O'Hara High School from 1979 to 1983, although no specific degree or field of study is provided for this period.
