Values into Action
Rashin Osman is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in social work and emergency management. Currently serving as a Graduate Assistant at Millersville University of Pennsylvania since January 2022, Rashin focuses on advancing social justice and human rights for vulnerable groups through advocacy and activism. Prior roles include working in the ID Division at Bell Socialization Services, serving as a Support Broker for Values into Action, and completing internships with the Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs and the Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs. Rashin's background includes positions as a Logistics Officer at WellSpan Health and an Inventory Specialist at Assurant, in addition to earlier experience as a Security Officer in Bahrain. Rashin's educational qualifications comprise a Master of Social Work and a Master of Science in Emergency Management from Millersville University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and an Associate of Arts in Social Services.

Our mission is to help each person build and/or sustain a system of personal support. Currently, the scope of services provided include: •Deciding where to live, and who to live with •Being part of the community at large - working, recreating and contributing •Having freely chosen, stable and loving relationships outside of the service system
