Clint Cornett is a seasoned entrepreneur and appraisal industry expert, currently serving as Founder and CEO of ValuTrac Software, Inc. since August 2009. Under Clint Cornett's leadership, ValuTrac Software has developed innovative SaaS technology solutions that enhance appraisal management productivity and streamline vendor relationships. Previously, Clint Cornett founded and presided over Appraisers Direct, Inc. from January 2000 to January 2019, providing appraisal and management services throughout Texas. Earlier in their career, Clint Cornett founded Cornett & Smith Appraisal, Inc., which offered residential appraisal services before transitioning into Appraisers Direct. Clint Cornett began their career as a Senior Staff Appraiser at Golden West Financial - World Savings, where significant experience in residential appraisals was gained.
