Cindy Thornsberry

Cindy Thornsberry has extensive experience in product management and project leadership, currently serving as the Customer Portal Product Owner at Valvoline Global Operations since March 2023. Previously, Cindy held various roles at Valvoline Inc. from 2013 to 2023, including Customer Portal Manager and Ecommerce Manager, where responsibilities included managing customer portal features, implementing digital transformation strategies, and leading large-scale SAP commerce projects. Earlier experience encompasses technical leadership in SAP and transportation management implementations at Ashland, along with a foundational role in IT project management and systems analysis. Cindy holds an MBA in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a BS in Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University.
