Diptatonu Biswas

Diptatonu Biswas has over 19 years of experience in HR roles. Diptatonu is currently working as the Head HR- Asia at Valvoline Global Operations since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Valvoline as the Regional HRBP for Middle East Africa & Rest of Asia from October 2017 to June 2023. Before joining Valvoline, Diptatonu served as the BU-LEAD HRBP at LifePharma Fze, Dubai from September 2014 to August 2017. At LifePharma, they were responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, talent development and management, and managing the HRIS system (SAP) & policies. Diptatonu handled business partnering, leadership hiring, talent development and management, organizational restructuring, and implementation of HR systems. Diptatonu also managed the HR function for international locations (Europe, China, US, and SEA). Before that, Diptatonu worked as a Consultant at Randstad from 2004 to 2006.

Diptatonu Biswas completed a Masters in Personnel Management from Pune University, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, from 2002 to 2004.
