Piyush Yeole

Piyush Yeole has a comprehensive work experience in the field of documentation and knowledge management. They started their career at Thomson Reuters in 2011 as a Publishing Specialist, where they were responsible for editing, coding, and validating legal content for online publication. In 2017, Piyush joined WNS Global Services as an Assistant Manager, where their role involved creating and maintaining user documentation, manuals, and help files using various tools and software. They also managed the end-to-end product lifecycle and ensured adherence to style guides and templates. Currently, Piyush is working at Valvoline Global Operations as a Lead Assistant Manager, focusing on IT system documentation and knowledge management.

Piyush Yeole pursued a degree in Computer Engineering with a focus on Computer Science from Smt Radhikatai Pandav College of Engineering. Additionally, Piyush also obtained the ITIL® v4 Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in July 2023.
