Aroma Zhu

Aroma Zhu has over 20 years of work experience in finance and accounting roles. From 1998 to 2000, they worked as an Auditor at Ernst & Young. In 2000, they joined Infineon Technologies as a Management Reporting Executive. From 2001 to 2005, they served as the Group Accounting Manager at International Paper & Pacific Millennium Group, where they consolidated group financial statements and provided KPI monitoring and analysis. At Ashland, they held various roles from 2005 to 2016, including Business Support Manager, Special Project Manager, and Business Analysis Manager. In these positions, they supported business development in Asia, coordinated with finance controllers in the Asia Pacific region, and assisted with the setup of shared service centers. Since 2016, they have been working as the Finance Director of Valvoline China, overseeing general finance functions and serving as a member of the China leadership team and board of directors.

Aroma Zhu 朱承颖 obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Accounting from Fudan University in Shanghai from 1994 to 1998.
