Brandie Dawson

Brandie Dawson has extensive work experience in talent acquisition. Brandie started their career as a Recruiter at The Adecco Group in 2001 and later became a Branch Manager. Brandie worked there until 2011. Brandie then joined Saks Fifth Avenue, where they held various roles in talent acquisition, including Manager and Senior Manager. In 2017, they joined Valvoline Inc. as a Manager in Talent Acquisition and was later promoted to Senior Manager, Director, and eventually Senior Director. Brandie currently holds the position of Senior Director, Talent Acquisition at Valvoline Inc.

Brandie Dawson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in General Business from Eastern Kentucky University. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including the Candidate Experience Professional Certification from Talent Board, the Certified Staffing Professional certification from the American Staffing Association, and the Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR) certification from AIRS powered by ADP, which they obtained in December 2021.
