John has worked at Valvoline Inc. since 2012, holding various roles such as Director of Portfolio Strategy and Cost Management, and Product Strategy Manager at Valvoline Quick Lubes. At Valvoline, they have been responsible for managing global teams, implementing demand planning tools, and monitoring key metrics for improvement opportunities. Prior to Valvoline, John worked at Ashland Inc. as the Manager of Network Planning for Valvoline, where they led a team responsible for demand planning, production planning, and SAP master data settings globally. John Nachtigal attended the University of Kentucky where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Decision Science and Information Systems. In addition, they obtained the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification from APICS in December 2012.
