Michael Sou is currently working as a DHA/CBP Test Support at Valytics LLC. Previously, Michael was an AUTOMATION EFFICIENCY LEAD for the United States Coast Guard at Synergy BIS. Before that, Michael supported testing at the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR) DOJ at NTT DATA. Additionally, Michael supported HSPD-12 Solution Testing for the General Services Administration (GSA) as part of a Modis contract. In the past, Michael worked as a Computer Security Analyst and Y2K Project Manager at Inova Health System. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Services from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Averett University. Michael also holds certifications in PMP, CSM, and KANBAN Management Professional I & II, as well as TestComplete certificates in Mobile Test Engineering and Automating Manual Testing.
