Sandeep Patil has worked in a variety of roles across a range of industries since 2002. Sandeep began their career as a Software Development Manager at WorldChain, where they improved fill-rates and process cycle times by 50% and 70% respectively, as well as reducing spare inventory by 34%. In 2003, they took on the role of Technology Manager and Senior Business Analyst at Aon Risk Solutions, where they drove the automation of key business processes and introduced a reusable data load framework, generating $270K in add-on service revenues. In 2005, they were recruited as the Vice President of Online Product Management & Marketing at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. to build, manage, and grow the eCommerce business. In 2008, they became the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of E-Commerce at Primetime U.S. (The Secret), where they developed and implemented a highly successful interactive digital and online marketing strategy for the organization. In 2009, they founded and became the CEO of IntraBalance LLC, and positioned the business from start-up to profitable buy-out within one year. In 2010, they took on the role of General Manager and Senior Consultant at SearsPartsDirect.com, where they created the business growth strategy, defined the product roadmap, and introduced new online retail marketing approaches to increase revenue, reduce expenses, and improve customer satisfaction. In 2011, they became a Transformational Leader and Senior Consultant at U.S. Cellular. In 2012, they were appointed Divisional Vice President and General Manager of E-Commerce - Online Services & B2B Businesses at Sears Holdings Corporation. In 2019, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Pacific Integrative Psychiatry. Finally, in 2015, they founded VAMA Eco, Inc., an ecotechnology company that is revolutionizing the pest control industry.

Sandeep Patil attended Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance. In 1994, they also attended the University of Cambridge for International Business & Law. In 2007, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
