Sophie Troy

Sophie Troy has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Sophie began their career in 2010 at OpenBet Ltd, where they held various roles including Software Developer, Senior Software Developer, and Development Lead. During this time, they gained experience in full-stack web development, project management, and promoting agile work practices.

In 2018, Sophie transitioned to Vamp, where they started as a Software Engineer and quickly progressed to become the Technical Lead. In this role, they managed and improved the back end team, designed and maintained the application server and database, and contributed to the development of new features. Sophie later became the Vice President of Engineering, responsible for leading the engineering team and driving initiatives such as automating deployments.
