Lisa Pereira has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Lisa started their career at The Olson Company in 2003 as the Director of Sales and Marketing. Lisa then moved to Pulte Homes in 2004, where they served as the Director of Marketing until 2007. In the same year, they joined ANR Industries, Inc. as the Director of Sales & Marketing for ANR Homes. In 2007, they were promoted to the role of Director of Real Estate Operations, where they oversaw various aspects of the company's operations, including sales and marketing, escrow, human relations, information technology, product specifications/design, and property management. Lisa held this position until 2014 when they joined Van Daele Homes/Van Daele Development Corp. as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Lisa Pereira attended UC Santa Barbara from 1989 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. Lisa later pursued a Certificate in the MIRM Program at UC Irvine. In 2011, Lisa obtained a Real Estate License from the California Department of Real Estate.
