Richard Sanchez, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Richard started their career in 2010 as a Sales and Marketing Representative at State Farm®, where they worked until 2012. Following this, they joined the US Army as a Senior Line Medic, serving from January 2012 to July 2016. In 2017, Richard transitioned into the real estate industry and joined Lennar as a New Home Sales Counselor, working there until September 2019. Currently, they are employed at Van Daele Homes in the same role as a New Home Sales Counselor. Overall, Richard possesses a solid background in sales, marketing, and customer service.
Richard Sanchez holds a Certificate of Real Estate Development & Investment obtained from UCLA Extension in 2021. Richard earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a concentration in Management from California Baptist University between 2016 and 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree at California Baptist University from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their academic achievements, Richard also holds a Real Estate Sales Agent certification from the State of Utah, obtained in February 2021, and a Real Estate License from the California Department of Real Estate.
