Stephen Bonner

Stephen Bonner is the current manager at van den Boom & Associates. Prior to this, they worked as a financial reporting manager at NuVasive from April 2016 to June 2021. Before NuVasive, Stephen was a product analyst at empowr.com from May 2015 to March 2016, where they were responsible for performing in-depth analysis on multiple business components to increase revenue and make strategic product decisions. Stephen also wrote specs and performed QA testing on new features.

From June 2014 to May 2015, Stephen worked as an assurance services at EY. During this time, they assisted with the audit of financial statements and conducted audits of internal controls. Stephen also maintained business relationships by speaking to key client personnel to obtain an understanding of business operations, processes and functions.

In July 2011, Stephen became a leader at the YMCA of the USA (National Resource Office) and held this position until April 2012. Stephen then became a student accountant at Cal Poly Low Income Taxpayer Clinic from April 2013 to June 2013. Finally, they interned as an accountant at Vasyli International from June 2012 to September 2012.

Stephen Bonner completed a Master of Science in Financial Accounting at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
