Max van Velden

Max van Velden is an experienced professional in sustainable growing systems and horticulture, currently serving as an Advisor and previously in Research & Product Development at Van der Knaap Group of Companies since September 2021. Max's extensive experience in the industry includes a long tenure as a Teeltmedewerker at Perkgoedkwekerij Perry van der Valk since July 2012, and a brief role as a Research & Development intern at Dümmen Orange, where research focused on pollen production in Chrysanthemum. Additional experience includes working in various positions at Van VLIET Flower Group and an internship where innovative growing techniques were developed. Max holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Horticulture & Agribusiness from Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
