Tim Aalders

Tim Aalders is an experienced real estate professional with a strong background in property management and asset management. Currently serving as Voorzitter Managementteam and Portefeuillemanager Wonen at Van der Vorm Vastgoed since October 2015, Tim Aalders oversees the Dutch residential portfolio, focusing on operations, acquisitions, and optimization. Prior roles include Asset Manager Wonen at Verwey Vastgoed BV from January 2009 to October 2015, as well as various positions at Van Driel Makelaardij from 2008 to 2009. Tim Aalders holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate Management from Inholland, completed in 2008, and pursued further education at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate in 2018.
