Gerrit Nieuwoudt

Gerrit Nieuwoudt is currently the Truck Workshop Foreman/Manager at Van der Vyver Transport since July 2008. Gerrit previously worked as the Owner of Sealand Diesel from March 1999 to October 2000, and as a Dieselmechanic/Workshop Foreman at MM Laubscher Transport from May 1993 to February 1999. Gerrit has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Maitland Technical Collage and a Standard 10 NTS 3 in Motor and Diesel Mechanics from HTS Drostdy, Worcester, South Africa. Their expertise lies in managing engine and gearbox workshops, truck maintenance and repairs, as well as handling mechanical breakdowns country-wide.
