Andrew Martins is an experienced design engineer currently employed at VAN DYK Recycling Solutions, where responsibilities include designing the flow of recycling MRFs within client spaces. Prior to this role, Andrew served as an adjunct professor at Paier College, specializing in Siemens NX. Andrew has a background in industrial design, having worked as a freelance designer on a closure project for Aptar and as a packaging designer for Unilever, where significant contributions included eco-friendly packaging design and various CAD projects. Additional experience includes teaching climbing at Rock Climb Fairfield, interning at Valeflexgroup, and earning degrees in Industrial Design from the University of Bridgeport and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
