Khaoula Marzouk

Khaoula Marzouk possesses extensive experience in the food production and safety sector, currently serving as Manager of Operations at Van Hessen since July 2018, where previous roles included Production Manager and Production Supervisor. Prior experience includes a position in food safety at Danone Dairy, project work on legal issues in market integration at CRYOLOG, and research on Moroccan carob at Laboratoire SAN. Khaoula has also held roles in hospitality management, improving operational efficiency at a restaurant, and quality engineering at Lesieur Cristal. Educational qualifications include a specialized master's degree from AgroParisTech in food safety risk management and a master's degree in sustainable development law from Université Paris Descartes, along with an engineering degree in food science from Institut agronomique et vétérinaire Hassan II.
