Alfred Rijnders

Alfred Rijnders has extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity and information technology. Alfred currently works at Van Lanschot Kempen as a Lead Expert Cyber Security, where they have been since January 2020. Before that, they held the position of Senior Security Officer at the same company from January 2017 to January 2020, where they were responsible for leading the Security Operations Center (SOC). Prior to joining Van Lanschot Kempen, Alfred worked at Kempen & Co, a Dutch merchant bank, where they served as a Senior Security Officer from January 2015 to January 2017 and as a Security Officer from January 2005 to December 2014. Alfred also has experience at Dexia as a Security Officer from January 2002 to December 2004. In the earlier stages of their career, Alfred worked as a Technical Consultant at Kempen & Co, a Consultant at 2Support Group, a Software Engineer at Oracle, a Software Developer at Software Consulting Group, and a Software Developer at Alpha Computer Diensten.

Alfred Rijnders obtained a degree in Computer Science from the Algemene Hogeschool Amsterdam Technische en Maritime Faculteit, from 1986 to 1989. In 2016, they also received certification in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) from ISACA.
