Gerben Zeilstra

Gerben Zeilstra has over 18 years of work experience in finance and investment management. Gerben started their career at Shell Asset Management Company as a Data Analyst, where they built and maintained spreadsheets for bond and portfolio analysis. Gerben then moved on to ABN AMRO Bank N.V., where they held several roles including Senior Government Bond Trader, Senior Portfolio Manager ALM, Portfolio Manager Liquidity Portfolio, and Product Controller ALM. At ABN AMRO, they were responsible for managing government bond portfolios, liquidity portfolios, and implementing hedge accounting programs. Since 2015, Gerben has been working at Van Lanschot Kempen, where they have held roles as Senior Employee Liquidity & Portfolio Management, Managing Director Treasury, and currently as Managing Director Finance, Reporting & Control. In their current role, they oversee financial reporting and control functions within the company. Gerben's extensive experience in various financial roles demonstrates their expertise in the field.

Gerben Zeilstra completed their MSc in Acoustics at Delft University of Technology from 2000 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Damstede for an unspecified degree and field of study from 1994 to 2000. In 2022, they participated in the Advanced Management and Leadership Programme at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
