Maarten Muller

Maarten Muller possesses extensive experience in legal and corporate governance, currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at Van Lanschot Kempen since June 2018. Prior to this role, Muller held the position of Of Counsel at Allen & Overy from May 2015 to June 2021 and was a Project Director at Eneco during the demerger process from September 2015 to August 2017. Muller has a long tenure at Allen & Overy, having been a Partner from 2000 to 2015, and previously served as a Partner at Loeff Claeys Verbeke from 1990 to 2000 and as an Associate at Loeff & Van der Ploeg from 1984 to 1990. Early in the career, Muller worked at the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Agriculture and Innovation. Academic credentials include a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Civil Law from Leiden University.
