Mike van de Langenberg

Mike van de Langenberg is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Product Manager for Employee Experience at Van Lanschot Kempen since October 2020. In addition to this role, Mike holds multiple positions within the company, including Chair of VLK Pride, Inclusion & Diversity Officer, and certified Vertrouwenspersoon, while also contributing to Employee Client Administration & Monitoring through coaching, teambuilding, and process improvement. Prior to this, Mike gained experience as an Education Assistant at Tilburg University from September 2018 to May 2020, where responsibilities included recording lectures. Mike completed a Master of Science in Work and Organizational Psychology at Tilburg University from August 2021 to July 2023, having previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the same institution between 2017 and 2020.
