Narda Kooij

Narda Kooij is currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel for Corporate and M&A at Van Lanschot Kempen since March 2024. Prior to this role, Narda held positions at Archwey, where work included Manager of Corporate Development & Strategy and Business Manager from August 2021 to December 2023. Narda began a legal career at Loyens & Loeff as an Attorney at Law focusing on Corporate/M&A and Finance from September 2016 to July 2021. Narda's educational background includes an Associate's degree from the Beroepsopleiding Advocaten (2016-2019), dual Master of Laws (LLM) degrees in Public International Law and Constitutional and Administrative Law from Utrecht University (2013-2016), an Erasmus exchange program in Law at the University of Nottingham (2012), and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Dutch Law from Utrecht University (2009-2013).
