Rick Adolfse

Rick Adolfse currently serves as a Project Manager (Vice President) at Van Lanschot Kempen Investment Management, focusing on regulatory projects, process improvements, and strategic initiatives, including the implementation of ESG regulations. Additionally, Rick is a Board Member for Young Van Lanschot Kempen and the Young Board, promoting an inclusive environment for young professionals. Prior experience includes a role as Risk Manager at New10, where responsibilities encompassed developing an internal control framework and compliance with outsourcing regulations and GDPR. Rick also founded Kozy Amsterdam, a start-up for trade between Ukraine and the Netherlands. Educational qualifications include ongoing studies in Investment Management at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, alongside a Master of Science in Economics and Governance from Leiden University and a BSc in Political Science from the University of Amsterdam.
