Nadim Boutros

Nadim Boutros has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Nadim started their career as a Flight Crew member for Emirates, where they gained extensive international travel experience and also worked as a Cabin Crew Recruiter. Nadim then transitioned to the banking sector, working as a Senior Business Analyst for Bank Audi, where they played a key role in implementing fintech and banking projects across multiple countries. Nadim later became a Project Manager for Bank Audi - Egypt, leading the successful implementation of Oracle's core banking system. Nadim continued their career as a Project Manager for Bank Audi, working on various projects and delivering process training to employees. Nadim joined Altamarea Group as a Program Manager, managing technology system transformations and enhancing organizational efficiency. Most recently, they worked at YAP as the Head of Project Management Office, overseeing project management activities across multiple countries. In the future, they will be joining First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) as the Head of Portfolio. Overall, Nadim has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and strategic planning skills throughout their career.

Nadim Boutros obtained an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from IE Business School in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Notre Dame University - Louaize (NDU) between 2003 and 2008. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following: Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in 2022, Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute in 2015, Financial Regulations from ESA BUSINESS SCHOOL in 2014, and Channel Banking from CR2 in 2013.
