Sandy Van

Sandy Van has had a diverse work experience, starting as an Attorney at Kung and Brown Law Firm from January 2009 to February 2012. Following that, they worked as a Temporary/Interim Law Clerk/Attorney at the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada from June 2008 to September 2008. Sandy then worked as an Attorney at Cooper Castle Law Firm, LLP from February 2008 to May 2008 and as an Attorney at Lin Law Group from December 2007 to February 2008. In 2011, Sandy Van became a Realtor/Broker Salesman at Realty Executives of Nevada, where they assisted clients with luxury real estate transactions, short sales, and finding investment properties. From February 2012 to April 2014, they worked as a Realtor and Broker Salesperson at The Agency, specializing in luxury real estate sales and assisting distressed homeowners. Sandy Van continued their real estate career as a Realtor and Broker Salesperson at Keller Williams Realty Las Vegas from April 2014 to December 2014, focusing on assisting clients with buying, selling, and investing in real estate. In addition to their real estate work, they have also been an Attorney at Van Law Firm since February 2012, where they have achieved recognition from various legal publications for their expertise and has won multiple awards for their client service.

Sandy Van earned a Juris Doctorate degree in Law from the William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada-Las Vegas, from 2003 to 2007. Sandy also completed their Bachelor of Science in Managerial Finance, with a focus on Finance and Financial Management Services, at UNLV Lee Business School from 1998 to 2002. Sandy Van holds an additional certification as a Certified Distressed Property Expert.
