Claudia Vidigal has extensive experience in advocacy, coaching, and leadership in the field of children's rights and social development. Currently serving as the Country Representative at Van Leer Foundation since April 2019 and as Diretora de Advocacy at Instituto Fazendo História since September 2017, Claudia emphasizes the importance of political advocacy for effective public policies focused on children and adolescents. Claudia has held significant positions such as President of CONANDA and Secretary of National Rights of Children and Adolescents, leading critical initiatives and legislative discussions. Additionally, Claudia provides Co-Active Coaching with a focus on youth empowerment and has collaborated with several organizations on sustainability projects. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Social Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and executive training from Harvard University and Harvard Kennedy School, among others. Recognized as an Ashoka Fellow since 2010, Claudia’s contributions to social programs have been widely acknowledged.
