Hannah Rothschild

Hannah Rothschild is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Head of Communications at the Van Leer Foundation since May 2020. Prior to this role, Hannah worked at ICLEI as a City-business Collaboration Officer from June 2017 to May 2020 and briefly at OECD - OCDE in 2017 as part of the Emerging Markets Network. Hannah's earlier experience includes serving as Communications Coordinator at New Cities Foundation, Associate at Ida Cooper Associates, and Marketing Assistant at Green Building Council South Africa, among other positions. Hannah holds a Master’s degree in Governing the Large Metropolis from Sciences Po and a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Cape Town.
