Henk Vermaas

Henk Vermaas currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Van Meer since October 2023, while also owning HM ASA, a consultancy focused on organizational assessment and continuous improvement since January 2021. Previous positions include Vice President of Operational Excellence at Berry Global, Inc. from June 2022 to September 2023, and Executive Director of Operations at Schoeller Allibert from May 2019 to October 2020. Henk held various leadership roles at Berry Global, Inc. from 2009 to 2019, overseeing manufacturing operations across multiple regions and markets. Earlier experience includes a Global Supply Chain Leader position at General Electric, along with several managerial roles within GE Plastics and GE Water & Process Technologies. Henk's educational background includes training in electrical engineering from TOKM-Electro (Navy).
