Arthur Costerus

Arthur Costerus has extensive experience in the offshore wind and infrastructure sectors, currently serving as the Regional Manager Offshore Wind at Van Oord since May 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing Offshore Wind Tenders in France, Belgium, and floating offshore wind projects. Previously, Arthur held roles as Proposal Manager and Senior Estimator at Van Oord, focusing on tender management for offshore wind projects. Prior experience includes serving as Head of the Business Bureau Infra at Nacap Benelux and leading the Cost Estimation department at Baas B.V., managing teams and cost estimates for underground infrastructure projects. Early career roles included Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent positions in dredging operations across various international sites. Arthur holds a BS in Civil Engineering from De Haagse Hogeschool and a BSc in Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
