Martine Scharroo

Martine Scharroo currently serves as Chief of Staff for the HR Management Team at Van Oord, utilizing strong organizational and strategic thinking skills to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. Martine previously held the position of Project Coordinator for Talent Management, where responsibilities included designing and implementing the IMPACT Traineeship program. Prior experience includes roles at Albert Heijn and co-founding Next Generation Embassy, an initiative focused on environmental advocacy. Martine also served as Chief of Staff for Volt Europa, managing a strategic project aimed at establishing shared European values.
