Mustapha Kabalan

Mustapha Kabalan is a Tender Engineer at Van Oord since April 2022, responsible for preparing proposals, cost estimates, and bid documents, while also coordinating multidisciplinary team efforts. Previously, Mustapha served as a Project Engineer, focusing on team collaboration, schedule and budget control, and site supervision, after starting as a Project Engineer Trainee, where project documentation and supplier relations were key tasks. Mustapha's earlier experience includes a role as Deputy Operation Manager at Kabalan Brothers Company, emphasizing team supervision and client relations, and an internship with CMC Cooperativa Muratori e Cementisti di Ravenna, which involved QA/QC activities and site supervision. Initial professional experience included a position as a Lab Assistant at the American University of Beirut, conducting soil tests and assisting in lab management. Mustapha holds a Master of Science in Construction Management and Engineering from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
